1. High school diploma.
2. Combination of training and experience accepted.
3. At least 10 years of relevant experience.
4. Experience in preparing technical specifications and tenders.
5. Experience in a correctional facility and travel required.
6. Knowledge of OHS: asbestos management, electrical safety, working at heights, confined spaces.
7. Skills in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
