Our growing client is a financial software company. They provide a range of solutions to both businesses and individuals in this space.

This is a new permanent role for an additional Product Manager.

They are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to drive the success of their products by aligning initiatives with company objectives and key results (OKRs). In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.

• OKR Expertise: Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and how to apply them to product development and business strategy.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in user research, usability testing, and gathering customer insights.

• Agile & Scrum: Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and emerging technologies.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
