Senior Product Manager

At CastorDoc, we believe that people do not need to be data experts to find, understand, and use data. We've developed a product that is plug-and-play, fun to use, and collaborative. It automates painful data governance tasks to create a centralized knowledge hub that empowers teams to easily discover, interpret, and leverage their organization's information assets.

Created in 2020 by four data lovers who experienced firsthand the pain of dealing with data, CastorDoc is already running in leading data teams at Freeport McMoran, Veolia, Deliveroo, RentTheRunway, ManoMano, Vestiaire Collective, and Payfit.

Our team of 40 people is made up of experts in their domains, sharing a common bold vision to impact companies through data. To support this, we raised a 23m€ Series A from Frst, Blossom, and accomplished Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc).

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should know how to make people articulate their needs, identify their pains, and understand what they're missing. You will be joining our product team along with Anthony, Coralie, Claire, Nicolas, and Arnaud.

Our vision is to Improve the Data Experience and Democratise Data access .

We do this following three tracks:

1. Discovery: We empower people to find, understand, and leverage their data assets.
2. Build Assets: We expedite the creation of new data assets by helping users write SQL.
3. Drive: We empower data leaders to improve their data environment's health.

Who are we looking for:

• Experience: You already have strong experience in a product role, discovering new product needs, building roadmaps, specifying, and delivering fully-fledged features.
• Problem solver: You have strong problem-solving skills and are dedicated to coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users' needs.
• Tech curiosity: You are constantly curious to understand how things work and are excited to discover a technical environment. We heavily leverage AI and GenAI, and you're likely to incorporate it into solution design.
• Impact maker: You do not simply go along with the flow; you ensure that the value reaches the end user, no matter what.
• Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
• A fluent French and English speaker. This is mandatory.
