Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to join Intapp's Collaboration Product Management team. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through to launch and iteration, for products specifically tailored to meet the needs of our target verticals including accounting, consulting and financial services. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, industry solutions and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. A strong understanding of one or more of these specific industry verticals and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements are crucial for success in this role.
What you will do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned vertical(s), aligning with overall company objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document user stories, use cases, and detailed product requirements. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Product Development Lifecycle Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the process.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Performance Analysis & Iteration: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Iterate on the product based on user feedback and data insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our products.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
What you will need:
- Substantial experience as a Product Manager, with experience building products for specific verticals. Knowledge of the legal or accounting (tax, audit, and transaction advisory) or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using data to inform product strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge and/or experience of document management systems and collaboration capabilities.
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
- Experience building successful solutions which meet specific business needs within these verticals.
- Familiarity with how AI can transform operations and create new product opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft's product suite (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
