The opportunity

You will own the development and strategy of our innovative data-led product Elevation.

Elevation is an enhanced client survey. It helps advice firms collect client feedback and act on it to drive business growth, reduce risk and improve client experience.

Elevation produces lots of insights into how an advice firm could improve their client experience, or spot risks. But it doesn't yet do a good enough job helping them see what action they need to take, and what the top priority for them should be. Initially, your role will be focused on this challenge.

VouchedFor grew 30% in 2024, and we're aspiring to do the same again this year. This is an incredible opportunity to lead the product, Elevation, which has been at the core of VouchedFor's growth over the last three years.

The role

You will be responsible for:

1. Engaging with users regularly to uncover pain points, motivations, and behaviours.
2. Gathering qualitative insights with quantitative data to prioritize opportunities.
3. Collaborating with our Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Success teams to find new opportunities.
4. Creating compelling user journeys and wireframes to illustrate your ideas.
5. Collaborating with our Engineering team to design, test and continuously release features.

What we'd love to see in you

This is an exciting role for someone with previous product experience (ideally 2+ years). You will be expected to show high levels of execution, collaboration, communication and strategic thinking in order to be successful.

You will be comfortable talking to customers on a regular basis, collaborating with internal stakeholders and using data to help shape the product.

You are comfortable with the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. You will be expected to collaborate with the engineering team to design, test and release new features.

Lastly, you will need humility and ambition in equal measure: this role will stretch from day-to-day admin to presenting strategy directly to our MD and Founder/Chairman.
