Job Description:

• Core responsible areas are:
  • Completing/managing Vendor Forms, Reporting
  • Template-based drafting of proposals
    • Work with proposal lead to draft tailored content
    • Using content repository software to complete first drafts of proposals
• Ensure proposal quality and compliance
• Centralize and standardize RFP content via online platform
  • Content repository maintenance, cleanup and updates
  • Archive information and keep repository up to date
• Formatting and basic design for Power Point Presentations
• Create new and update employee resumes and project sheets as needed
• Ensure consistent look and feel for all submittals
• Proposal automation testing in Salesforce (UAT)

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a degree holder (Graduate) in any discipline (marketing/communications or business-related field preferred)
• Successful candidate should have 5-10 years' experience in a sales, business development or marketing environment with experience reading, comprehending, organizing and writing professional and technical documentation
• Prior experience of having worked in consulting industry or CPG is desired
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.)/ office management software
• Excellent project coordination skills and understanding of key business processes
• Experience working with a content repository tool (e.g., Loopio) considered an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze highly-detailed documents and identify requirements
• Strong organizational skills
• Understand best practices for PowerPoint Presentations
• Experienced user of content repository software (e.g., Loopio) desired
• Experience working with Government proposals is desired
• Ability to accurately proof-read documents desired
• Support professional, Proposal Management resources and be a go-to person for providing guidance and additional details as needed
