About our Team

You will be part of an international team delivering implementations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions clients.

About the Role

As a senior consultant, you will deliver installs and configure all Fircosoft applications to specified requirements and provide technical training and transfer of knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring project management work is well defined and changes to requirements are managed. Issues arising are tracked and dealt with in a timely fashion, customer satisfaction is attended to throughout the engagement.
2. Overseeing the planning, development, and installation of Fircosoft products to meet the clients' business needs.
3. Showing a good understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management, relating it to product and service within the firm.
4. Understanding customer use cases and requirements and applying best practices for those customer implementations.
5. Delivering, installing, and configuring all Fircosoft applications to specified requirements and providing technical training and transfer of knowledge.
6. Determining the types of products and services required by clients and troubleshooting customer issues during implementation.

Requirements

1. Have project management skills and experience.
2. Have significant exposure to technical implementation.
3. Have a vast range of technical knowledge.
4. Demonstrate good internal and external stakeholder management experience.
