Job Description

Lorien are proud to be partnered with a fast-growing SaaS start-up, revolutionising supply chain ecosystems and increasing revenue for their customers.

Job Summary: We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience ideally in an Enterprise ERP setting such as Microsoft Dynamics. You'll act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

You'll provide successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex projects to customers globally.

What You'll Do:

  1. Coordinate and schedule client meetings with the implementation team.
  2. Define and manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  3. Monitor team progress, deliverables, and milestones.
  4. Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and budget tracking updates with stakeholders.
  5. Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure alignment and identify trends.
  6. Provide functional consultancy support, including defining requirements, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

What You'll Bring:

  1. At least 5 years of recent technical project management experience, ideally in an Enterprise ERP setting such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Experience managing large-scale projects and implementations.
  3. Experience entering and routing bugs and tasks in a project management software system such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or other similar software.
  4. Proven track record in managing multiple resources in delivering process improvement.
  5. Ability to manage resources (both onsite and remote).
  6. Demonstrated repeated ability to achieve project objectives on time, on budget, and within scope.
  7. Workshop facilitation.
  8. Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Project Management Professional certification such as Prince 2, APM, PMI.
  2. Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  3. Previous experience working with diverse teams of people in a globally distributed environment.
  4. PM Consultancy experience.
  5. Delivering Finance and Supply Chain solutions.

Location:

  1. Travel Requirements: Ability and flexibility to travel mainly throughout Europe.
  2. Remote working and customer sites as required but you must be UK based.
