Senior Project Manager - London - £66,000 per annum

As Senior Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of development projects working within a multi-disciplinary team undertaking the full range of mixed tenure development projects. You will be responsible for day to day administration and management of a portfolio of projects, ranging from small infill sites to large high profile land led schemes.

What you'll be doing:

1. Ensure that allocated projects meet Wandle's corporate plan objectives from pre-contract/acquisition stage through construction to handover.
2. Apply excellent project management methodologies and principles to all aspects of work.
3. Develop strong working relationships both internally and externally.
4. Manage the appointment of all scheme consultants in line with New Homes procurement procedures, ensuring that any additional approvals are made in compliance with Wandle's procurement requirements.
5. Produce comprehensive post completion scheme reports and reconciliation updates for the Head of New Homes.
6. Fully embrace and champion Wandle's commitment to equalities.

What you'll be:

1. Experienced in delivering complex residential development contracts from £1m to £20m in contract value.
2. Have strong project management skills.
3. Have a relevant professional qualification, preferably CIH, RICS or CIOB.
4. Experienced and knowledgeable in the residential planning process, and experienced in administering planning condition sign offs.
5. A strong negotiator, with great influencing skills.
6. Able to report on cashflow, and be an effective manager of budgets.
