Job Description

Join our Global Product Integration & Connectivity team! - We are a group responsible for simulating real-world customer experiences to ensure our products deliver seamless performance through our global test environments emulating client configurations including last mile circuit delivery. We work closely with a wide range of internal teams, including development, testing, and product teams, as well as external partners such as telecommunications providers, data centers, and third-party vendors. Our focus is end-to-end product testing, covering everything from head-end infrastructure to end-user devices, all with the goal of delivering smooth, trouble-free product deployments to customers around the world.

About the Role

We are looking for an expert Project Manager to lead and supervise multiple complex projects and programs. In this critical role, you will drive projects from initial scoping through successful delivery, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

As a Project Manager, you will operate at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring project execution aligns with broader strategic objectives. You will lead resources, budgets, quality assurance, risk management, and business continuity planning, ensuring every initiative delivers sustainable business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse and evolving program portfolio, helping to craft the future of product integration and connectivity at LSEG.

Key Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Over 15 years' experience in project management, technology delivery, business leadership, and cross-functional program management across diverse industries and technologies.
  3. Expertise in CMM, Six Sigma, and project methodologies, with proven success managing global, geographically distributed teams and complex partner environments.
  4. Strong experience with vendor management, sourcing strategies, and collaboration with professional services firms.
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  6. Skilled in resource planning, risk management, and financial oversight, with a focus on aligning project outcomes to business objectives.
  7. Adaptable to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, with hands-on experience using Clarity, JIRA, ASANA, Confluence, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  8. Solid ability to lead change management initiatives, streamline processes, and foster collaborative relationships across business and technology teams.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification (PMI); PMI-RMP preferred.
  2. Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe) and DevOps practices.
  3. Familiarity with Cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
