ABOUT THE TEAM

We are a team of creatives, strategists and makers working alongside the Kraft Heinz marketing team to Co-Create breakthrough creative ideas that solve business problems, at the speed of culture.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz's In-House Creative Agency, is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a balance of project management and account management skills to lead the end-to-end project management of campaigns across UK and Europe markets. If you have a passion for creative excellence and operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to work at the center of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will report into the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the Kitchen UK Hub Manager, as well as the Amsterdam and Madrid Kitchen Hub Managers, to ensure the seamless execution of campaign projects. You'll be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and quality control-driving campaigns from kickoff to final asset delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain the end-to-end paid campaign timeline, ensuring alignment with media plans and campaign deadlines.
  • Lead and facilitate campaign kick-offs, status meetings, and post-mortems to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing timely updates, flagging risks, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Resource Management

  • Oversee Kitchen resource allocation for paid campaign projects, ensuring the Creative, Strategy, and Production teams are assigned efficiently to deliver paid campaign.
  • Track team capacity and workload, proactively identifying gaps or constraints to support effective resource planning with the Operations Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize workflows and avoid bottlenecks.

Creative & Quality Control

  • Ensure all creative assets meet platform specifications, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Manage the review and approval process, gathering feedback from stakeholders and ensuring timely revisions.

Asset Delivery & Deployment

  • Coordinate with media planners and buyers to ensure correct asset formats, versions, and delivery specs.
  • Manage final asset trafficking to media channels, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain an organized archive of campaign assets for future reference.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A superstar team player with the confidence and energy to engage with senior brand teams. You should be able to take ownership of projects, present with authority, and navigate multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • An understanding of campaigns across key channels, with a main focus on digital.
  • Understanding of the production and the creative development process.
  • Ability to manage from small to big projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
  • Culturally hungry: we're looking for someone in tune with culture.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online project management tools like

Please note this role requires to be onsite at Heinz client- The shard twice-3x a week and 1 from Hogarth.
