The role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be managing complex projects and operating at an advanced level, supporting on well-established Nuclear Defence Projects.

Day to day, you'll:

1. Be responsible for all aspects of project delivery to desired time, cost, and quality restraints.
2. Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
3. Deliver world-class performance by means of employee engagement, continuous improvement, and identifying and implementing the latest technology.
4. Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality within the project.
5. Plan and control finances as a means of driving performance.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and consists of a 37-hour working week.

Essential experience of the Senior Project Manager:

1. Relevant Nuclear Experience within a Project Management role.
2. Extensive experience in a Project Management position.
3. EPC Project delivery experience.
4. Awareness of various contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC/NEC3, NEC4/JCT etc ).
5. Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
