Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business.
2. Research and coordinate comprehensive design solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and liaise with authorities to secure necessary approvals.
4. Attend client and design team meetings, contributing to projects from design through construction phases.
5. Prepare calculations in line with QA procedures and internal standards.
6. Provide creative input and technical solutions to design challenges.
7. Mentor junior team members and help organise resources for successful project delivery.

What They're Looking For

1. A degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering, ideally with a plumbing bias.
2. Minimum of three years' experience with Autodesk Revit/Navisworks.
3. Expertise in delivering services like HWS, CWS, drainage, rainwater, fire protection, etc., across various sectors.
4. Strong knowledge of statutory regulations to ensure compliance.
5. Proactive, well-organised, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
