Project Description

We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to develop a flexible lab setup where operators, robots, cobots, and logistics devices are controlled using a task-based system.

The architecture enables seamless coordination of physical resources, task execution, and real-time tracking, using MQTT messaging and REST APIs for communication.

Your role involves Python development, debugging, testing, and deployment via GitHub and Docker. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver reusable, well-documented code.

Your strengths

• Master's degree in Computer Sciences / IT
• 8+ years of Python development experience
• Expertise in MQTT, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming
• Experience with GitHub, Docker, and requirement analysis
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
