Senior Quantity Surveyor

FREELANCE Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building/Construction - 12 months, up to £400 per day OUTSIDE IR35

My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £200m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £1m to £40m in the Oxfordshire region. At present, they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A build main contracting background
2. JCT contract knowledge
3. Sector experience within Industrial, Sport & Leisure, Retail
