Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performance delivery team as we continue to support the exciting scale up of a range of clients ranging from IT services scale-ups to globally recognised firms. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will inherit a range of warm accounts who have immediate demand for new talent. The successful candidate will have demonstrable success in delivery, as well as strong communication and relationship building skills, adept at working with stakeholders and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taking an executive search approach to identifying top passive talent in the market.
2. Communicating with candidates for opportunities, leading engaging phone/Teams calls to effectively qualify and attract desirable candidates into active recruitment processes.
3. Supporting in the end-to-end delivery of contract and permanent hiring.
4. Maintaining broad knowledge of Digital Transformation, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or SaaS.
5. Utilising industry best practice to manage effective service delivery with both line management and HR.
6. Working against a quarterly target in a commission-driven environment.
7. Support the acquisition of new business through the proactive engagement of target clients by taking hands-on responsibility for delivering social media, telephone, and email client outreach campaigns.
8. Staying in front of market dynamics through active participation in technology meetups, social groups, and attending/participating in market relevant conferences.

Desired Background Skills / Experiences and Attributes:

1. At least 2 years of experience gained in a recruitment agency environment, ideally within the London Tech / IT recruitment sector.
2. Appreciation for and understanding of how technology can be harnessed for commercial advantage, specifically in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and fintech.
3. Demonstrated ability to open and develop high-value, service delivery relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Deep recruitment delivery experience gained in either a Search, RPO, or contingency environment.
5. Strong influencing skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. High levels of ambition, self-drive, and commitment to personal and career development.

1. Salary Offered: £35k-£40k Basic (Up to £80k OTE) + uncapped commission
