About the Company:

We are a specialist recruitment agency, established for over 30 years, providing high-quality recruitment solutions to clients across Management Consultancy/Advisory, Media, Digital, and Finance. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient recruitment service to our clients and candidates working closely. This will involve identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You will work closely with key clients and be responsible for account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and visits.
  2. Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods, including social media, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  3. Manage the recruitment process, including headhunting candidates, CV screening, preparing candidates for interviews, and negotiating offers.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including placements, interviews, and client meetings.
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and clients, using our internal database and external sources.
  6. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including job postings and social media updates.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to improve recruitment skills and knowledge.
  8. Work closely with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas.
  9. Win new business and help grow existing clients.

Requirements:

  1. 1-4 years of recruitment experience.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Good sales skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written English.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  6. Track record of business development and key account management.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  9. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).
  10. Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
  11. Sense of humour and must be a team player.
