Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant (GDPR & AI focus)

Job Description:

As a Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the latest quality and compliance standards, particularly in the evolving cyber regulatory landscape (GDPR, AI Act). Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading regulatory compliance projects
• Interpreting complex legislation and applying technical cybersecurity knowledge
• Contributing to pre-sales activities, business development, and drafting RFPs
• Understanding the EU and national business landscapes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity business landscape
• Advanced knowledge of cyber regulatory areas (GDPR, AI Act)
• Experience in compliance maturity assessments, AI & Ethics analyses, DPIA, and risk assessments
• CIPP/E, ISO27001 certifications necessary; CIPT and AI certifications desirable
• Strong communication and management skills
• Proficiency in Dutch/French and English
