Senior Sales Executive

Location: London HQ - Shoreditch / Liverpool St.

Work Arrangement: 1 day WFH

As we continue to shape the future of cross-border payments for businesses around the world here at 3S Money, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving outbound sales into focused markets and geographies through your professional network or bespoke prospecting initiatives.
  • Managing the business development process from prospecting and negotiation to closure in assigned territory or vertical (including but not limited to cold calling, networking-selling, email campaigns, corporate conferences, and trade shows).
  • Working with the Client Management function to proactively engage the portfolio of clients that you bring into the business.
  • Effectively managing the sales pipeline and forecasting, maintaining an accurate record of activity through internal systems.
  • Identifying, targeting, and nurturing potential introducing partners, like corporate and fund service providers, law and other professional services firms.
  • Working with leaders of the revenue team to develop an aligned growth strategy aimed at meeting targets.
  • Executing growth strategy to increase company revenue.

About You, You Have

  • 5+ years of experience selling financial products, ideally with experience in Virtual IBANs and FX.
  • Proven outbound sales experience in specific markets.
  • Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability.
  • Knowledge and sales experience in at least one of our target industries: Professional Services, Corporate Services and Fund Administration, Commodities, Logistics, Wholesale, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
  • Experience working across global markets, preferably in UK and Offshore markets.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Fluent English language skills + proficiency in at least one other main European language, ideally a native speaker.
