Senior Sales Executive
Norwich FWC Sales Permanent contract Full time
Up to £28,298.00 per annum, depending on experience (potential to earn up to 34-36K OTE through sales commission)
40 hours per week

As a Senior Sales Executive at our gym, you'll have a real passion for healthcare and fitness. With a proven track record in sales, face-to-face and over the phone, you'll have strong communication and people skills. If you bring a charismatic and motivated approach, you'll relish being part of this fantastic working environment.

You'll be inspiring, motivational and know how to light up a room. You will have the ability to match people to products, based on their personal needs and experience. In addition, you're confident about working towards personal and team targets - and you're tenacious about achieving them.

Industry experience is desirable in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  1. Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness
  2. Identify people's requirements from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs
  3. Have excellent customer service skills and a proven track record working in a sales-related role
  4. Demonstrate sales and KPI performance driven ability to achieve goals
  5. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, inbound engagement, and upselling of products and services
  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales records, ensuring data integrity and accountability
  7. Regularly report sales performance and KPIs to senior management
  8. Oversee and manage the entire sales process, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently
  9. Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to build relationships and raise awareness of everything we offer in our gym sites
  10. Act as an account manager to our local corporate agreements
