Senior Sales Manager - Hampstead, NW3

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join a friendly and very well-known Estate Agency based in Hampstead, NW3. As a Manager, you will lead the sales team, whilst being held accountable for their individual targets and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maximising revenues and growing the property register
2. Utilising the company's Technology to generate and develop new business
3. Carrying out all market appraisals and winning new instructions within the local marketplace
4. Acting as an industry expert to clients, applicants, and colleagues, including cross-selling of other services
5. Developing and executing clear management strategies
6. Managing a team of negotiators and ensuring targets are exceeded
7. Overseeing the company's sales pipeline and ensuring properties move forward to change of contracts

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

1. A desire to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
2. A proven track record in Estate Agency
3. Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
4. Enjoy working in a team environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
7. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
8. Minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience
9. Minimum of 1 year experience at Management level
10. ARLA or NAEA Qualified would be an advantage

This Sales Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects.

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.00pm
Alternative Saturdays 10.00am - 3.00pm

Salary range will be:
£35,000 pa with an OTE of around £65,000 pa
