Senior SAP MM Consultant

Conexus are currently partnered with a global consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay Consultants to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

As an SAP MM Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP MM solutions for clients. Your role will involve full life cycle project management, business process analysis, and integration of MM with other SAP modules to enhance clients' procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP MM projects, including scoping, blueprinting, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
• Develop and configure SAP MM solutions tailored to clients' procurement and material management needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules, such as SD, PP, and FI/CO, for optimised workflows.
• Analyse clients' existing processes and recommend enhancements to achieve greater efficiency and cost savings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives and providing expert guidance on SAP MM best practices.
• Conduct rigorous testing, ensure quality assurance, and produce detailed system documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP MM solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and materials planning.
• Proven track record of leading at least three full life cycle SAP MM implementations.
• Comprehensive experience integrating SAP MM with other modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Previous experience in a consultancy role, working on diverse client projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. SAP MM certification is highly desirable.
