Senior SAP SD VC Consultant

Conexus are partnered with a global consulting firm, that are rapidly expanding their SAP capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for Senior SAP SD VC Consultants to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

As an SAP SD Variant Configuration Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SD solutions with a focus on Variant Configuration. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique product and sales configuration needs, ensuring seamless integration with their broader SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP SD Variant Configuration projects, including scoping, blueprinting, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
• Customise SAP SD and Variant Configuration solutions to align with complex product configuration requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SD with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO to support end-to-end processes.
• Analyse and optimise sales and distribution workflows, incorporating Variant Configuration for customised product offerings.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend SAP best practices for sales and product configuration.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, create detailed documentation, and provide training for end-users to facilitate adoption.
• Offer ongoing support and improvements for implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD with a strong focus on Variant Configuration (VC).
• Proven track record of managing at least two full life cycle SAP SD Variant Configuration implementations.
• Deep knowledge of configurable products, characteristics, dependencies, and pricing within SAP VC.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with other modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and understanding of SAP technical frameworks is a plus.
• Background in a consultancy role, working on diverse client projects with varying business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design effective solutions for complex sales and distribution challenges.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. SAP certifications in SD or VC are highly advantageous.
