The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to play a crucial role in defining the technical architecture and design for our SAP Finance Systems transformation project. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP Finance modules, integration technologies, and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.

Your responsibilities:
Solution Design: Define the overall solution architecture, including system landscape, integration points, data flows, and security considerations.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the implementation team, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Integration Strategy: Design and implement integration strategies between SAP Finance and other enterprise systems (eg, CRM, SCM, Data Warehouse).
Data Migration Strategy: Define the data migration approach, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
Security Architecture: Design and implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data within the SAP environment.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize the performance and scalability of the solution.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guidelines.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new SAP technologies and functionalities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure teams, security teams, and other architects to ensure a cohesive and integrated IT landscape.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on SAP Finance implementations.
Deep technical knowledge of SAP Finance modules (eg, RAR, CATS, BW, BODS) and related technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex SAP integrations using various technologies (eg, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs).
Strong understanding of database technologies (eg, SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
Knowledge of security best practices for SAP systems.
Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (eg, S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
SAP certification in relevant areas is highly desirable.
Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (eg, TOGAF) is a plus
