SENIOR SEO EXECUTIVE

REPORTS TO SEO MANAGER

ROLE SNAPSHOT

Working closely with our brilliant managers and directors, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding results for our clients. From content research and ideation to technical optimisation, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to show and develop your skills across technical, content, and PR-focused SEO work.

Our clients span exciting industries like fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech, meaning no two days are the same. You'll collaborate on projects that test your creativity, problem-solving, and ability to deliver real impact.

Alongside the Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively creating and executing optimisation strategies to grow organic traffic. What we value most is your energy, enthusiasm, and drive to grow. If you're motivated, think creatively, and are excited to deliver brilliant work alongside a supportive and expert team, you'll fit right in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  1. Responsible for campaigns' activation, optimisation and reporting.
  2. Provide hands-on delivery of work to improve on-site optimisation and inform strategies (e.g. keyword research, maintaining a healthy backlink profile, competitor analysis and implementing recommendations as and when required).
  3. Work closely with the content team to ensure all work is aligned to client goals.

INSIGHTS

  1. Provide data insights and analysis to improve account efficiencies and drive ROI for clients.
  2. Identify areas of opportunity and present to the SEO Account Manager.
  3. Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and QBRs, gathering data alongside insights.
  4. Complete any ad hoc reporting requested by clients or Account Managers.
  5. Contribute to weekly client calls including preparing performance results with insights, present these, write up and share any actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Proactivity - if you work best in an environment where you need to be told exactly what to do and when, this might not be the right place for you. If you're someone who thrives on taking initiative, coming up with ideas and suggestions, then you're in the right place.
  2. A positive, collaborative attitude. You will be a valuable part of a team of 24 people, where everyone has a voice and contributes.
  3. Willingness to learn. You'll receive plenty of support day to day from experienced members of the team, as well as formal training opportunities on a regular basis.
  4. Independence - we thrive off of freedom and autonomy, you will take ownership of your role and your career path, with the best managers and leaders to support and nurture along the way.
  5. Ownership and accountability. We move quickly and plans can often change. Being comfortable in a fast-moving environment and being able to communicate clearly with your team is key to long-term growth at Found.
  6. Technical and Analytics: a good understanding of the fundamentals of Tech SEO and key SEO performance metrics and where/how to apply them. Prior experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a big plus.
  7. Previous experience with common SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs etc. Comfortable using Excel/Google Spreadsheets, Power Points, Google slides.

At Found, we're passionate about building a team of talented individuals from all walks of life who share the skills and drive to help us achieve our mission. That's why we're committed to a hiring process free from judgment, prejudice, or bias. We encourage everyone to apply for our roles-your gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or background will never impact how your application is considered. And if you need any adjustments to the recruitment process to help you shine and support you to make the most of the opportunities, please let us know.
