ArbSite Manager

Location: Scotland (across Aberdeen, Inverness, Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh & Glasgow)

Contract Type: Permanent

What You Will Do

As an Arb Site Manager, you will assist the Contract Manager in managing either a stand-alone contract or a contract area within a wider framework agreement. You will drive programme delivery, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards in safety, environment, quality, customer service, and compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading site operations to achieve zero lost time accidents and maintain a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.
  • Conducting a minimum of 4 site safety visits or interventions each month.
  • Creating robust SSOW/RAMS, including Task Briefing Sheets and Site-Specific RAMS.
  • Scoping and surveying works, including time-tagging tasks and negotiating landowner consents.
  • Ensuring field teams use appropriate GC systems (e.g. Visitrak) and submit necessary site documentation before invoices are approved.
  • Maintaining accurate records on Union Square for all communications and documents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Ensure projects exceed budgeted productivity and are resourced effectively.
  • Financial Success: Support the Contract Manager in delivering a minimum gross profit of £175K.
  • Pricing & Cost Control: Price, win, and deliver extra works variations up to £25K at a minimum 27% gross margin.
  • Contract Delivery: Ensure all contracts are delivered on time and communicate any delays to the Contract Manager and client.
  • Safety & Compliance: Conduct a minimum of 4 safety site visits per month and ensure compliance within your area.

Resource Management: Ensure the correct personnel and equipment are allocated to each project.
