My client is a regional contractor. Due to an increase in developments in the Northwest, they are looking to increase their management team with a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New Build Social Housing projects, delivering said projects from inception through to completion and handover, with project values ranging from £5m to £18m.

As an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organizing labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as per the programme and meeting deadlines as required.

The scheme is a mixture of affordable housing and low-rise apartments, with SFX frame, so experience delivering similar new builds would be preferred. However, as a business, they deliver not just housing, but commercial and industrial new builds, so a good overall contracting background is preferred.

The successful Senior Site Manager will have proven experience delivering multiple units successfully. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering New Build projects. The project involves both apartments and housing, so experience delivering the two types of projects would be an advantage for this Senior Site Management role.
