(Senior) Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. Even the best of algorithms are worthless without excellent integration into practice. You drive the adoption of our deep learning models by seamlessly integrating them into the radiology workflow. Your role will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability and accessibility of our services, directly impacting the product's effectiveness in improving patients' lives.

Your responsibilities

1. Enhance our AI integration into radiology systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM) to enable scaling up from hundreds to thousands of clinics.
2. Implement and validate integrations with existing and new radiology systems.
3. Integrate third-party medical products into our current product portfolio.
4. Optimize for system stability, security and fast processing times within the medical regulatory frameworks.

What are we looking for?

1. A degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. Strong knowledge in software engineering fundamentals.
3. Proficiency working with Python, basic knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, and the use of cloud platforms.
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to scientific accuracy.
5. Strong commitment to teamwork.

Good-to-have:

1. Experience working with DICOM and/or in the Radiology field is a big plus.
2. Experience working with edge-deployed devices.
