The rate is £42.95ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be an expert company lawyer who will advise on matters related to companies owned by local authorities, considering Teckal and control aspects, member's agreements, funding, and governance arrangements. Familiarity with procurement law and state aid is essential. The candidate will liaise with statutory officers and other relevant officers.
