Senior Specialist Prudential & Model Risk - 12 month contract

Leading and reputable financial product provider with a sizeable balance sheet and soon to increase due to a merger, requires additional support for 12 months across all technical subject matters of Prudential risk. Attractive hybrid working model on offer.

• In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will be expected to take a key role in performing 2nd line oversight of Group liquidity, market, and capital risks and present results to Senior Management and/or Executives as appropriate.

• Skills and ability to lead on integration activities for aspects of Prudential and Model Risk, especially related to Financial/Prudential Risk and Treasury/Finance related models.
• Experience in leading independent validation and verification activities for Treasury and Finance related models, including the alignment of validation and verification processes.
• Demonstrable expertise in providing technical input and thought leadership in 2nd line's assessment of the Group ILAAP, ICAAP and Recovery & Resolution plan.
• Sound knowledge of prudential risks such as IRRBB, CSRBB and FX Risk.
• Proficient in reviewing and writing papers for key Group committees such as ALCo.
