With the acceleration in digitalization, in the usage of Cloud and SaaS solutions, BuyIn's Information Technology (IT) department is becoming more and more key for our mother companies. This department is bundling the global responsibility for strategic sourcing for both groups' IT demands, including the IT demands coming from the B2B customer solutions offered by Orange Business and T-Systems.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Senior Strategic Sourcer, you will lead procurement projects of higher complexity at corporate & local levels as well as the relationship with selected suppliers. You drive the implementation of the global category strategy and define/execute project strategies. You are also responsible for the achievement of targets and provide continued support to countries on signed deals during the whole contract duration. This includes the following duties:
• Lead demand-based tenders (face-to-face negotiations and RFPs) to obtain best negotiation results and support countries during the implementation phase.
• Define and execute cost optimization levers and realization plans.
• Prepare and communicate clear milestone planning for your negotiations and plans.
• Perform active contract management and negotiations.
• Discuss with decision-makers in the central organizations and countries to gain a deeper understanding of needs.
• Conduct both internal meetings and external negotiations with suppliers.
• Create and deliver presentations to high-level management and stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

You hold a University degree, a master or a bachelor in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a qualification of the same level.

Your Knowledge & Experience:

• Professional experience in procurement of 5+ years minimum.
• Experience in procurement, comprising sourcing project coordination, managing customers and stakeholders, supplier management, and project management.
• Very good knowledge of IT technologies and IT procurement.
• Experience in managing customers, stakeholders, and suppliers autonomously.
• Very good knowledge of contract law (typical IT contract clauses).
• High ability to structure internal and external communication.
• Excellent organization & analytical skills.
• Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-changing high-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English and French; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
