Our people are part of the HYBRID family and ready to take on any challenge. Due to strong business growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Solution Engineer.


For our offices in Merelbeke, Belgium we are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Support Engineer. You will join our Solutions Team and you will report directly to the Operations Manager.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible, together with your team members, for the Customer Service Support and After Sales Services regarding our inhouse built software products.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently related to the use and implementation of our software.
  • Document support processes and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Reporting back to our development teams any recurrent issues that arise through our internal tools.
  • Ensure that the current systems at the customer stay up to date and guarantee a continuous service.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in alignment with his service contract.


Your qualifications:


  • A Bachelor in IT, Digital & Graphical Media or having previous experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Having a service-minded attitude, good verbal & written skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • Linux Ubuntu knowledge is an asset
  • Knowledge of javascripting is an asset.
  • Experience in the printing industry is an asset
