Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus

My client is a prominent and dynamic commercial real estate consultancy with offices across the UK. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a broad range of clients, from property developers and investors to large corporations and family-run businesses, providing diverse and exciting experiences.

This Manchester based Commercial Property Management team is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor with a pro-active approach and excellent market knowledge. This role reports directly into the Head of Property and Asset Management and has excellent career prospects.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Effectively manage allocated portfolios.
2. Resolve day-to-day property management issues.
3. Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and tenants.
4. Collaborate with property management accounts and ancillary services to ensure exceptional service to clients.
5. Process tenant applications and provide recommendations to clients.
6. Participate in tenders and presentations as part of business development efforts.
