• Implementing and applying MBSE within R&D.

You'll be part of Philips' Innovation Engineering's Model-Based Systems Engineering competence group, located at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. This group includes approximately 15 highly skilled MBSE professionals working on diverse projects across all Philips businesses.

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Model Based Systems Engineer.

• 7+ years' R&D experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)
• Expertise in Requirements Engineering, Risk Management, and design
• Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) and customization
• Strong SysML understanding and modeling experience
• Excellent communication and a hands-on approach

Primary employment conditions

• A good salary as per industry standards (classification depending on education and work experience);
• 13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata)
• 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
