Senior Tax Associate

A Top 20 Firm with offices in Lancaster and Preston are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Tax Associate to support their growing and friendly team, paying a salary of up to £35,000. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, across multiple industries and really get to grips with the inner workings of the company.

As a Senior Tax Associate you will be given the autonomy and flexibility to support businesses and help them reach their commercial potential. This Firm fosters a culture of innovation and growth and supports individuals to succeed.

Responsibilities:

1. Request information from client or audit team
2. Prepare and generate tax returns
3. Communicate with client to address any queries, detail any liabilities and advise on any tax saving opportunities
4. Identify tax planning opportunities as appropriate
5. Assist on consultancy projects and carry out research projects (where required)

Requirements:

1. ATT qualified, or ACA-CTA part-qualified or equivalent
2. Varied, practical and technical tax knowledge, minimum 2 - 3 years practical experience
3. Able to train junior members of staff
4. Basic accounts knowledge
