WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will work on areas of the platform that are data-intensive, driving insights and innovation that empower our customers to calculate their emissions & make informed, impactful decisions. Here's how you'll contribute:
1. Shape the Future of our Products:
- Create the Roadmap: Define and drive the product roadmap related to our carbon emission computation module, ensuring it aligns with our big-picture goals & vision.
- Stakeholders collaboration: Collaborate with external & internal stakeholders, in particular our implementation team as well as other product squads to understand their data challenges.
- Design Features: Envision and productise advanced data ingestion & computation workflow, including topics such as API definition & data model clarification, in close collaboration with our tech team.
2. Drive Product Development:
- Lead Sprints: Join our sprint planning sessions to prioritise tasks and keep the team focused on what's important.
- Monitor Progress: Keep an eye on development progress, and help resolve any challenges that come up.
- Team Coordination: Work with a talented team of designers and developers, leading daily routines to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
3. Launch and Improve:
- Track Success: Identify key metrics to measure how our product is performing and work with the tech team to track them.
- Support Customers: Create helpful materials and documentation to ensure our customers have a smooth experience with new releases.
- Gather Feedback: Listen to user feedback after launch and continuously find ways to make our product even better.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong background in data-centric software product management and a passion for translating complex data topics into simple workflows and impactful features. You would typically have:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least a significant experience focusing on a data-intensive SaaS product or analytics platform, ideally including data transformation.
- Passion for building complex architecture & infrastructure solutions to solve data problems.
- Interest in AI, some experience with LLM-powered use-cases is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data management, analytics tools, and experience working closely with engineering teams (e.g., data engineering, data science) to bring complex data products to life.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Agile Expertise: Proven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
- Agile Framework Experience: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Passion for Sustainability: An interest or experience in Climate & Sustainability topics is a plus.
