We are seeking a talented professional to join a globally recognised Engineering, Design and Project Management Consultancy in London, working on a range of high-profile urban design and masterplanning projects. Key Responsibilities as a Senior Urban Designer

1. Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of urban masterplans, regeneration projects, and mixed-use developments.
2. Develop high-quality concept designs, frameworks, and public realm strategies.
3. Collaborate with planners, architects, and local authorities to ensure design excellence.
4. Engage with stakeholders, clients, and communities to create innovative and people-focused urban spaces.
5. Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
6. Prepare and present design reports, feasibility studies, and consultation materials.

Essential for the Senior Urban Designer

1. Degree or Master's in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
2. Five or more years of experience in urban design, masterplanning, or regeneration projects.
3. Strong design and graphic communication skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, GIS preferred).
4. Knowledge of UK planning policies and urban design principles.
5. Experience in leading projects and managing stakeholders.
6. Passion for creating sustainable, inclusive, and high-quality urban spaces.
