Job Description
What you can expect
  • Shaping the web development processes and improving overall performance, quality and maintainability of current and future projects
  • Conception, coordination, technical design and implementation of requirements
  • Ensuring and defining quality standards (code reviews, automated tests, etc.) and creating project documentation
  • Collaboration in a self-managed agile team with members of different experience levels, sharing knowledge and helping to improve together

Your profile
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or other modern web frameworks (eg. Vue, Angular, Next.js)
  • Experience with consuming and creating various APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience with Webpack
  • Sense for creating perfect, responsive and accessible frontends based on user-centered design concepts
  • Great communication skills in English (since you will work in a multi-national company)
  • Several years (6+) of experience in web development, preferably in an agency environment.
  • You have experience with working in agile teams or agile workflows
  • You are pragmatic, proactive and have a hands-on work mentality
  • You have the drive to improve quality and efficiency in coordination with others

As a plus
  • You have experience with any of those: GitHub actions, Docker, DevOps (Azure), Storyblok
  • You're experienced in the world of technical SEO and performance optimization
  • You're experienced in building and maintaining multilingual enterprise websites
  • Guiding or mentoring colleagues on topics like performance, maintainability or security is not new to you
  • You have experience with e-commerce projects
  • Managing projects from a technical perspective is something you enjoy doing
  • You can showcase your previous work or projects on GitHub or the web

Collective agreement

According to the collective agreement, a monthly gross annual salary of EUR 53.802,00 is stipulated. We are, of course, willing to pay more based on experience and qualifications.
