Senior Wind Technical Advisor

A leading global consultancy is expanding its operations and is seeking experienced professionals to join its UK team. The consultancy is looking for a Senior Consultant in the wind energy sector, with a focus on supporting their growing portfolio of renewable projects across the UK and Northern Europe and contribute to the strategic expansion of the wind energy business.

• Managing technical due diligence and technology assessments for renewable energy projects

• Reviewing project contracts, interconnection agreements, and financial models

• Conducting site inspections and overseeing quality assurance

• Training and mentoring junior staff

• Leading business development activities and expanding the client base across the UK and Northern Europe

• Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality results

• An engineering degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent

• Extensive experience in wind energy consulting and project management

• A solid understanding of technical due diligence processes

• Experience with both new and operational renewable energy projects

• Strong communication, client management, and project leadership skills

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
