Job Description

Service Delivery Manager - Hybrid - Permanent Role - EU Wide

Service Delivery Manager ensures the delivery of newly designed IT services and consistently provides high-quality IT service assurance across global operations.

Collaborating with a dedicated team, including a technical account manager, process support specialist, and other IT teams, this role acts as the bridge between business teams, customers, and IT departments to align requirements and ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  • Conduct regular service reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage service demands by tracking and prioritizing requests to balance operational capacity and strategic goals.

Knowledge Management:

  • Make sure detailed documentation is updated for infrastructure solutions and operational processes.

Problem Management:

  • Identify, categorize, and resolve technical and process-related issues across clients domains.
  • Collaborate on recurring issues like LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, network latency, and Internet challenges.
  • Analyze root causes and coordinate mitigation plans.

Change Management:

  • Oversee changes in collaboration with IT architects, stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.
  • Support infrastructure development to meet evolving project requirements.

Application Management:

  • Oversee Application Management service which addresses local support issues and enhances user productivity by providing tailored solutions for application delivery and virtual desktops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and service automation.
  • Strong expertise in IT service management (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT project management (certification preferred).
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth understanding of IT operations.
  • Independent, structured team player with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
