Service Delivery Manager

• Education and experience: You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with a strong track record within IT. Experience in a leadership role is a must.
• Leadership skills: You actively build relationships, be a mentor to your team and support talent development.
• Process optimisation: You have a thorough knowledge of Agile (SAFe) and Lean methodologies and know how to use them to set up and improve efficient work processes.
• Communication and collaboration: You are a bridge builder who communicates effectively with different stakeholders and knows how to find your way in complex organisations.
• Technical knowledge: Experience in IT project management, knowledge of software development and understanding of technology trends.
