We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Support Officer to support the operational delivery team for mechanical and electrical services. You'll have the flexibility to work between the office and home in line with business needs.

As defined by the Service Delivery Support Manager, you'll provide support to the operational delivery team for Mechanical and Electrical Services. You'll assist in making sure all processes related to Customer Relationship and Property Management Systems are completed in line with expectations and in liaison with the delivery team. You'll also monitor, action, and filter M&E related responsive repair enquiries from residents and staff as required, ensuring that they are appropriately followed up.

To be successful, you'll need knowledge of the systems required to deliver service support including Customer Experience Management and Property Databases to ensure crucial information can be located and actioned efficiently. You'll need strong administrative and communication skills as well as a logical, structured approach to problem solving.
