Service Engineer - International

The role:

As a Service Engineer you will be:

• Commissioning various systems at customer sites worldwide.
• Providing both technical support and assisting customers in operating our systems efficiently.
• Carrying out service assignments for customers both domestically and internationally, as well as providing remote support by phone when needed.
• Conducting machine demonstrations for potential customers, either on-site or at the demo center in Nieuwpoort in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Supporting the testing and R&D department between service interventions.

Your profile:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
• Interest in network and database configuration is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch and basic French are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay abroad when required.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Strong social skills, stress resistance, and flexibility.
