Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help drive the evolution of our strategic application platform and develop custom applications for our operations and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Further develop our platform using ServiceNow AppEngine Enterprise
• Create custom applications for operations management and client needs
• Support operations managers in deploying ServiceNow applications to production
• Develop and implement interfaces and integrations with third-party systems
• Collaborate with data engineering to coordinate data models
• Assist product owner in backlog management and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Several years of proven ServiceNow development experience
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Extensive experience in portal development, workflows, and Customer Service Management module
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST, and SOAP
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ServiceNow development practices
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (eg, ITSM, ITOM)
