We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team, they are currently migrating their CMDB to ServiceNow.

You will work in the configuration and asset management squad as Dev Engineer on Service Now. The configuration and asset management squad are responsible for ensuring that they have a CMDB that contains accurate and up-to-date data concerning the different assets that are managed.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate data to Service Now.

Setup API integration between Service Now and local resources.

Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service Now to feed internal customers' needs

Analysis and configuration of email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now

Workflow design in Service Now

Migration of existing tools to Service Now

Skills needed:

Service Now Certified (development)

An expert with ServiceNow

CMDB experience

Knowledge of Workflows

Pro-Active

Capable of working in a complex environment
