Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITOM)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) plus possible extension

Security Clearance: SC Cleared (Must be Active)

Location: Hybrid - London

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.

• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

• Ensure CMDB health and governance, improving data quality and automation.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow implementations.

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITOM (IT Operations Management).

• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture and best practices.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other web technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using MID Servers, web services, and scripts.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.

• SC Clearance (active or eligibility required).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend the London office as required.
