Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client who is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to take ownership of the current ServiceNow platform, managing upgrades, maintaining plugins, and overseeing workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions for stakeholders
  • Perform business analysis and process optimization
  • Diagnose issues and design effective solutions, recommending system enhancements
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs
  • Automate processes by creating and managing workflows, business rules, and scripts
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
  • Work with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools
  • Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instance

What you will need to be successful:
  • ServiceNow administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Experience with Problem, Change & Incident Management
  • Knowledge of Supplier & Contract Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL & ISO IT processes & ITIL Certified is highly desirable
  • ServiceNow CSA Certified Minimum
