6-month contract
Outside IR35 - Day rate negotiable

I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Technical Architect on behalf of my international client. This is a contract role, hybrid working with some on-site requirements in London. The contract is for an initial 6-month period, outside IR35.

Minimum Requirements:

• Deep ServiceNow knowledge and previous implementation experience is required.
• Experience in other areas of the platform alongside ITSM is advantageous, including ITOM and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certifications - System Administrator, Certified Implementation ITSM.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation.
• Providing technical design authority and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• Contributing to the development of technical procedures and standards.
• Recording, qualification, and questioning of customer requirements, even in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements.
