ServiceNow Trainer

9 month contract - Inside IR35 (Rate TBC)

Hybrid working - June, July and September high level of onsite working required in the West Midlands.

Our client is undertaking a large transformation programme and is implementing ServiceNow (Xanadu).

They require an experienced trainer to deliver online and onsite training to circa 125 staffs with various levels of knowledge.

Responsibilities

? Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to various skill levels.

? Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials

? Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.

? Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customised training solutions.

? Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure training is current and effective.

? Provide feedback and assessments to measure trainee progress and adjust training strategies as needed

Qualifications

? Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow

? Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others.

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise

You must be eligible for BPSS clearance and available to deliver the training against a defined timeline.
