Job Title: Shuttering Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Constructing formwork for concrete structures based on project specifications.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials such as timber, plywood, and steel.
• Installing and securing formwork on construction sites.
• Inspecting formwork for stability and safety before concrete pouring.
• Assisting in the concrete pouring process when necessary.
• Dismantling formwork once concrete has set and cured.
• Collaborating with other construction professionals, including engineers and concrete workers.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality
